As a real estate expert, I work with residential and commercial sellers and buyers to make their transactions go as smoothly as possible. I am deeply committed to my clients.

I have personally invested in single family residences, apartments and other commercial assets. I am an active investor. I know real estate. In fact, I love real estate!

I grew up in Moultonborough. My folks owned and operated cottages on Lake Winnipesaukee (Bon Air Lodges) for 32 years. I went through the Moultonborough school system from 1st through 12th grade, including going to Kingswood Regional High School in Wolfeboro for several years prior to the completion of Moultonborough Academy. I took swimming lessons at States Landing Beach, marched with my Brownie Troop in the Sandwich Fair Parade, belonged to 4H, and played clarinet in both the Kingswood and Moultonborough Academy Marching bands. As a teenager, I had plenty of seasonal jobs at local iconic businesses - besides being the garbage man, the bathroom cleaner, and the beach raker at Bon Air - including The Woodshed, Berry Pond Inn, Anderson's Bakery - in both Center Harbor and Plymouth - and Meredith Station. Following my subsequent graduation from Plymouth State University, I moved to San Francisco for twelve years where I started my career and earned an MBA. While in San Francisco and prior to becoming a Real Estate Broker, I worked as a consultant for a software company and as a freelance writer/editor for software and engineering firms.

In 2000, my husband and I moved back to the Manchester area of New Hampshire, primarily Hooksett, where we built a home and raised our family. Two years later, my parents added an in-law apartment to our home and lived with us for many years as snow birds, between NH and FL, and, eventually, full-time. Our children went through the Hooksett school system, including Pinkerton Academy in Derry. They are both currently in college: One in Boston and one in Providence.

The flexibility of being a Real Estate Broker enabled me to use my skills and resources to help my clients buy and sell their properties and at the same time meet our kids at the bus stop every day, make dinner every night, volunteer for everything (pretty much every single thing, sometimes to the chagrin of our children,) sponsor teams (especially those that my husband coached, which he usually did) and otherwise support all of the sports, interests and activities that came along through the years. I was also able to contribute to our community through things like Kiwanis and Hooksett Old Home Day. Having flexibility is a precious gift.

Another benefit of working in real estate locally is that it gives me the time and space to invest in real estate for myself. I've acquired hundreds of apartments and other commercial assets in a handful of markets. I truly love and appreciate every aspect of real estate.

Now, as empty nesters, my husband and I are working on finding the right place in Moultonborough to enjoy the next chapter as I expand my business to The Lakes Region while retaining my presence here in the Manchester area. I have recently helped my clients buy and sell homes in Moultonborough, Laconia, Belmont, Manchester and Derry. Let me put my experience and market knowledge to work for you.
