$150,000

Single room structure that for over 80 years served as home to the Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church. There is modest electricity inside but very little else in terms of utilities. It sits on an acre and a half with two curb cuts on the frontage. Conduct due diligence then bring your ideas to expand and repurpose these sturdy bones into a cozy domicile. High vaulted ceilings with exposed cosmetic beams and stained glass windows add a unique charm. Don't be surprised to find a family of deer in the wooded back yard, in the middle of Franklin. Property is currently tax exempt as a place of worship. Pews inside are scheduled for removal but can be negotiated if buyer desires them.
