Tuck your new home into this beautiful meadow with a backdrop of trees as you look to the mountain views in the west! A State wastewater permit for a three bedroom home is in place. Defined by a stone wall along the road, a new home would look beautiful - and infrastructure costs very reasonable- sitting on this level portion of the lot, with potential for great views if you decide to sit further up on the ridge. The westerly property line is at the base of dramatic 60’ cliffs which are the home of a pair of nesting ravens. Just a 5 mile drive to downtown Middlebury and Middlebury College through the Lemon Fair valley but a world away! It is easy to envision your new home here- come check it out! The owner is also willing to part with another acre or so of the southern part of the meadow for gardens or horses or simply protection. Come take a look!
